Home Deodorizer

Have you ever gone over to a friend or family members house and noticed the interior has the same friendly and welcoming scent every time?Β  I have and for years I’ve been trying to keep my apartment smelling the same every day.

If you currently own or have ever owned 1 cat or more then you know all about the litter box smell. At this time I have 2 gorgeous cats, both of which I love dearly.Β  I could change that box every day and still not be able to get rid of the smell the lingers throughout the house. I’ve switched to different litters, burned through numerous scented candles, incense sticks, and febreze sprays but still can’t keep my apartment smelling delightful. I realize as I’m writing this you probably think my apartment smells bad, that however is not true.

I found this deodorizer that claims to work well. I love the smell of rosemary, lemon, and vanilla so I reckon this has to be pleasant. I have a pot of this on the back burner of my stove as I currently type this and I will say my residence smells refreshing and welcoming the way an apartment should πŸ™‚ Give this a try and tell me what you think.

You will need:

-1 Lemon, cut in rings

-3 Sprigs of Rosemary

-1 Vanilla bean, split or 2 teaspoons of Vanilla extract

-2/3 Cup water

-1 sauce pot

-Combine all ingredient into a pot. Place on the back burner of the stove on low heat.

-Let simmer throughout the day.

-Add water when needed. Get rid of after 2 days.
